WWII German Walther P.38 Pistol ac 41 With jvd Marked Magazine C&R

Serial #3068h, 9mm Luger, 5 inch barrel with an excellent bore.  This is a WWII German P.38 pistol manufactured by Walther with the “ac 41” code on the slide and the “Eagle over 359” acceptance stamps.   The matching numbered pistol remains in very fine condition with wear and flaking on the muzzle and leading edges of the slide with underlying roughness the balance a showing much of the original blue with hints of later added finish and crisp markings throughout.  The original grips rate about excellent.  The safety will not de-cock the hammer as it is supposed to do but otherwise it functions properly.  The original WWII magazine is stamped “P.38 / U' on the left bottom and “jvd” code under Eagle “WaA706” stamp and is in excellent condition.  FFL or C&R
