Colt Detective Special 1st Issue Revolver Made in 1932

Serial #410140, .38 Special, 2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This revolver was made in 1932 and retains 80-85% of the original blue finish, with silvering at the muzzle, and thin plum-brown freckling scattered throughout. The hammer also has dark freckling along the sides of the spur, further fading along the gripstraps, and a moderate turn-ring on the cylinder. The checkered walnut grips are in very good condition with some minor handling marks at the butt on either side, and light-moderate flattening of the checkering points. The lockup is still tight and the action functions flawlessly. This is a very good 1st Issue Detective Special overall. FFL or C&R
