Are shipping service is second to none. The upmost care is taken with each item by our professional shipping staff.  99% of the material we use is brand new and top-notch. Your item will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Oversized items may be shipped freight. I am sorry we do not offer any other service.

We do NOT use Packing peanuts.  The boxes are filled with paper product that is easy to clean up and recyclable.

What if something is Damaged?

We have a fantastic track record. We have less than one box damaged per year for the last 20 years of business. But in the rare event your item is damaged in transit. Please keep all the packing materials and call or email the office ASAP. Generally we will have you return the item and give you a full refund. Please see the insurance section below.

How Much is Insurance?

Full coverage insurance is included in your shipping rate. What this means is that if the product is damaged in transit you can return the item and you will get a full refund, including the shipping charge. We do not negotiate the prices of damaged items. 

Domestic shipping Rates are based to the price of the item(s) you are purchasing these rates are only available on JoeSalter.com and not on Gunbroker etc:

* Order Total $5.00-$25.00 = $12.50 Shipping Charge

* Order Total $26.00-$150.00= $20.00 Shipping Charge

* Order Total $151.00-$250= $25.00 Shipping Charge

* Order Total $251.00-$499.00 = $35.00 Shipping Charge

* Order Total $500 and up = FREE SHIPPING! *Subject to end at any time
