Excellent Boxed 1851 Richards Conversion 38 Spl 5 Inch Barrel

Serial #179, .38 Special, 5 inch octagon barrel with an excellent bore. This is the 1851 Richards Conversion revolver manufactured for Cimarron Fire Arms Company in Italy. The revolver features an ejector rod housing, fixed rear sight on the conversion ring and small brass bead front sight. In excellent plus overall condition the revolver retains about 98-99% original blue finish on the barrel and cylinder with scattered handling and use marks. The frame retains most of the original smoky case color with the grip frame showing a lightly tarnished silver plate and the hard wood grips rate excellent as well. The gun functions mechanically and it times and locks up correctly. Included is the factory box that is correctly end labeled and numbered to the gun. FFL
