Webley Service Revolver Hammer Protector Marked M.Y.

This is a Webley Mk I-V Hammer Protector first introduced in 1893, very rare vintage hammer protector for the British Webley .455 cal Mk I-V service revolver. This hammer protector is marked with a "M and Broad Arrow", it is in very good+ condition for its age with only a slight amount of verdigris on the staples and looks as though it has hardly been used. This is a very rare and unusual collectors item for anyone interested in Webley or British Military collectibles.
