Cased Alabama Sesquicentennial 1819-1969 Frontier Scout 22 LR SAA

Serial #2117AS, .22 LR, 4 5/8 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore.  This is the Alabama Sesquicentennial commemorative Fronter Scout 22 Single Action Army revolver manufactured by Colt in 1969 featuring “1819 - ALABAMA SESQUICENTENNIAL – 1969” on the barrel with gold plated barrel, frame and grip frame with contrasting nickel plated cylinder, hammer and trigger.  In excellent, like new condition, the metal surfaces retain virtually all, 99% plus original finish with no sign of turn marks on the cylinder and only faint handling blemishes.  The synthetic ivory grips with gold rampant Colt medallions rate excellent.  It comes in the original locking white and red velvet lined case with faux red leather exterior with gold embossed image.  The hinge pins have been removed from the case and are no longer present.   An excellent example of a Colt commemorative Frontier Scout revolver.  FFL or C&R
