Colt Pre-Woodsman Pistol Built in 1922 Standard Velocity Import marked

Serial #29389, .22 LR (Standard Velocity Only), 6 1/2" pencil barrel with a fine, bright bore that has a small amount of trace freckling within the grooves.  This is a 1922-made pistol that has a matching numbered slide and retains 85-90% of the original blue finish, with silvering at the muzzle, along the edges and projections, as well as scattered areas of mild, plum-brown freckling, mainly along the sides of the barrel.  The checkered walnut grips are in very good shape, with some minor handling marks and flattening of the points, mainly on the left panel.  The pistol comes with a single, original two-tone magazine, and is mechanically excellent.  The pistol is import marked on the underside of the barrel.  This is a very good-near fine Pre-Woodsman overall, and would make a nice addition to any collection.  FFL or C&R
