Early Sealed! Winchester 38 Short Rim Fire Ammo Model 1885 Black Powder Circa 1890

This is a full box, 50 original rounds, of .38 Short Rim Fire black powder ammunition manufactured by Winchester circa late 1880's / early 1890's having the early and incorrect Oct. 24th 1871 Stetsons Patent date.  In near excellent condition the primary and side seal labels are fully intact with some tiny flakes missing on the top.  The box is solid except but does look like it has one seam carefully fixed on the bottom of one edge.  An excellent box to display with your Model 1885 Winchester rifle or upgrade your Winchester ammo box collection.
