Engraved Cased Set Pietta 44 Cal 1862 “Snubnose” Pocket Police & 1860 Army

This is a cased, Deluxe edition 1860/62 engraved set of Single Action .44 Caliber black powder percussion revolvers manufactured by F. LLI Pietta in Italy.  Included is an 1862 Pocket Police, US Marshal Model Thunderer with a 3 inch barrel, serial #P130469 and an 1860 Army US Marshal Model with an 8 inch barrel, serial #P130470.   Both single actions are in .44 caliber black powder, percussion in excellent, like new, unfired condition and feature beautiful engraving on the high polish stainless steel barrels and frames with fluted cylinders and laser checkered grips.  The set is housed in a custom locking glass top display case with special cutout for the 1862 Police loading tool and each revolver.  Also included are the original boxes for each gun with manual and paperwork.  A beautiful set of faithful Colt historical reproductions in LNIB condition.  An increasingly hard to find set that is now out of production.  Antique
