Excellent George Schrade Knife Co. Presto Automatic Push Button Knife

 This is an excellent, like new condition George Schrade Knife Co. Presto knife measuring 4” with 3” carbon steel clip point blade. The blade remains unsharpened, retains all its bright mirror polish and is marked “PRESTO /PAT. JAN. 30-40 / MADE IN U.S.A.” on the obverse tang while the reverse tang is marked “GEO. SCHRADE / KNIFE CO. INC. / B’P’T.CONN.” . The steel bolster and shackle both remain bright and the black worm groove composition scales remain bright and fully intact with a small scuff along the rear edge of the reverse scale. The safety functions properly and the blade has good snap and lockup with no wobble.  An excellent example of these very well made American auto knives manufactured from 1929-1956. **This is an auto knife.
