Excellent Mossberg Model 46M Bolt Action 22 S,L,LR With No.4 Receiver Sight

Serial #NSN, .22 S, L, LR, 23 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore.  This is the Mossberg Model 46M bolt action rifle featuring a Mannlicher-style walnut stock and tube fed magazine manufactured from 1940-1945.  In excellent condition the blued metal retains virtually all, 97-98% of the original finish with some very minor use marks and several tiny freckles.  The walnut stock rates excellent with some scattered use marks.  It is equipped with the original No.4 receiver peep sight and hooded front sight in addition the barrel is drilled and tapped and there is a receiver mounted frame for yet another sight option.  An excellent example of the Wartime produced Mossberg target rifle.  FFL or C&R
