German Brass 11mm Berdan Capper - De Capper
This is an excellent example of a brass body 11mm berdan capper de-capper. The brass handles are all stamped "10" with no manufactures marks. The steel spring and plunger are in very good condition and a new screw of the cartridge keeper. The tool functions as designed.
