Excellent Remington Dupont Etched Blade Boy Scout Knife RH-51 With Sheath

This is a fixed blade Remington UMC Boy Scout knife model RH-51 made from 1933-39.  It measures 7 ¾ inches overall with a 4 inch blade marked Remington on the ricasso with Remington Dupont logo on the reverse surrounded by “RH/51” and blade showing the etched Scout logo with “Official Knife / Boy Scouts of America”.  In excellent condition the blade shows light scratches and remains bright with an excellent leather stacked grip and aluminium pommel.  It comes in a leather sheath embossed with the Boy Scout logo.  An excellent example of these very well made Boy Scout knives.
