LNIB Cased Colt 1819-1969 Arkansas Territory Sesquicentennial Frontier Scout 22 SAA

Serial #1198ARK, .22 LR, 4 5/8 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore.  This is the 1819-1967 Arkansas Territory Sesquicentennial Frontier Scout Single Action Army revolver manufactured by Colt in 1969.  The beautiful commemorative is marked “1819 – ARKANSAS TERRITORY SESQUICENTENNIAL – 1969” on the barrel featuring a high polished blue barrel and cylinder with a silver colored aluminium frame.  In excellent, like new condition, the metal surfaces retain virtually all, 99% plus original finish with no sign of turn marks on the cylinder and only faint handling blemishes.  The grips which feature gold rampant Colt medallions are likewise excellent.  It comes in the original red velvet lined, wood Colt display case that features a pressed outline of the State with a bronze sesquicentennial medallion in the center.  The hinge pins have been removed from the case and are no longer present.  An excellent example of a Colt commemorative Frontier Scout revolver.  FFL or C&R
