This is a single brass case for the .700 Nitro Express which is the world's largest non-military sporting round for dangerous game.  Technically not a British Big Bore round it certainly fits into that category for African hunting cartridges.  The Bertram Brass case measures 3 ¾ inches and is in excellent condition.
