Massive Loaded U.M.C. Co. No. 3 Gauge Shotgun Shell Collector Cartridge
This is a live 3 Gauge shotgun shell manufactured by U.M.C. Co.. The massive paper hull and high brass base shell is marked “U.M.C. Co. / No 3” and measures 4 inches long with a diameter of 1.35 inches. In very fine condition the brass shows some age darkening spots and the tan paper hull shows some age darkening and staining. A rarely seen survivor of the market hunting days.
