Excellent Cased Colt “K” Suffix Frontier Scout SAA Nickel 22 LR Mfg 1961 C&R

Serial #9041K, .22 LR, 4.75 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore.  This is the Colt Frontier Scout revolver manufactured in 1961, the second year of the “K” Suffix series that featured a Zamac alloy frame adding 6 ounces over the original aluminium alloy frames.  In excellent condition the barrel, frame and cylinder retain about 97-98% of the original bright nickel with some small coating blemishes on either side of the frame.  The original walnut stocks rate excellent with minor handling blemishes.  It comes in the original Colt velvet lined, hinged wood case and includes a commemorative 1961 Colt 125th anniversary key chain.  A beautiful example of the sought after “K” Frontier Scouts.  FFL or C&R
