S&W Model 65-1 Revolver 357 Magnum w/ Custom Bobbed Hammer 1976-77

Serial #1D11774, .357 Magnum, 4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This stainless steel revolver has numerous small scratches and handling marks from carry scattered about the surface, but was well-maintained and is mechanically excellent, with firm lock-up and crisp action. The hammer was professionally bobbed, and has a smooth, rounded surface where the spur was removed. The S&W medallion grips are in good shape, with wear to the original varnish, some flattening of the points, and a small chip at the top of the left panel. This is a nice choice for every day carry, and rates very good-near fine overall. FFL
