Original Main & Winchester Colt Revolver "Slim Jim" Holster

This is an authentic, marked, Main & Winchester "Slim Jim" Holster for the Colt percussion revolver, this Main & Winchester Slim Jim Holster features an open top and open toe and is made for the left side of the belt. Charles Main and E. H. Winchester founded the legendary firm of Main & Winchester in 1849 to become the first saddle shop of significance on the West Coast. This holster remains in very good+ condition with excellent heavy tooling, tight stitching and great patina. There is a small tear on the guard loop leather. Slight scuffing on the belt loop and front, comes with the great age of this holster which has many years of service ahead.
