Post WWI Full Box 1st Remington/UMC Logo Issues W/Inc. 22 Short Ammo
This is a full box, 50 original rounds, of .22 short Lesmok ammunition manufactured by Remington UMC as part of the first Remington/UMC Logo Issues with the incorporated made from 1917-1924. The two piece, round corner half split box is solid with rub wear on the high edges showing excellent graphics with bright colors and some flaking. The side seal label is slit on 3 sides with some flaking along the slit. The cartridges are in near excellent condition with some age darkening. Identified as REM-3 S-2A in Roger Huegel's online .22 Rim Fire Box ID Reference based on the original Dunn classification system.
