Post-War KORIUM German Dagger with Sheath Rhine Maiden

Overall the dagger meas. approx. 10.25" long. The blade itself meas. approx. 6. 1/8" long. The blade is bright with light mottling and has a spear point. This knife is not a true dagger with one side being the spine and not sharpened. The sharpened edge is excellence condition with no nicks or damage. Left side of the blade near the ricasso has a maker’s mark in three lines that reads “KORIUM / FORGED SOLINGEN STEEL / MADE IN GERMANY.” The base of the blade has a thin brown leather washer. The handle is made of metal and in the form of a golden Rhine Maiden with the head as the pommel. The maiden retains almost all of the original finish. The excellence brown leather scabbard has a white metal tiered finial and a leather attached frog that is marked on the reverse “MADE IN GERMANY.” Scabbard shows some light wear.
