S.F.M. French military 45 ACP Ball 1956
This is a full box of .45 cal ball. The box is in very good original shape, the sides have been taped at one time in the past. The top is nice with light soil aging. There are a couple of tears on the bottom half of the box held by tape. I believe the cartridges have been cleaned at some point. The box marking and the headstamp markings match SF 4 56 I indicate, SF=manufactured by Société française de munitions, 4 56= fourth quarter of 1956, I= metal supplier Société de métallurgie Franco-Belge à Issy les Moulineaux.
