Figured Barn Aged Circassian Walnut Gun Stock Project 40-60 Years Old

This is a fine piece of highly figured Circassian Walnut wood cut into a gun blank. This comes from an old New England gunsmith who put aside a lifetime supply in his dry barn where it has slowly aged from 40 to 60 years. It measures 19 inches in length and is 8" wide at the base tapering to 4" at the top and is 2" thick at the base and 1 3/4" at the top weighing 4lbs 2oz..
