S&W No. 1 1/2 .32 Single-Action Revolver (Blank-Firing Conversion)
Serial #15818, .22 RF Blank, 3" vented barrel. This was originally a .32 S&W revolver that has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder, and latch, but was modified to fire .22 blanks by the addition of chamber inserts, plugging the muzzle, and the addition of two large vents on either side of the barrel just aft of the muzzle plug. The metal retains about 60-70% of the original nickel finish, with plum-brown freckling present throughout. The checkered hard rubber grips are in fine shape, with a few minor handling marks, and mild flattening of the points. The lock-up is still tight and the action is functional, but the nose of the hammer has been filed down so it no longer clears the frame. This is an interesting, modified No. 1 1/2, and is in about good condition overall. Antique
