Very Nice S&W Model 25-2 Model of 1955 Revolver

Serial #N450015, .45 ACP, 6 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore.  This is 1977-78 built revolver that retains 98-99% of the original blue finish with only some faint traces of fading along a few of the high edges, and a light turn-ring on the rear of the cylinder.  The target hammer and trigger likewise retain a commensurate amount of the original color case-hardening, with only some very mild graying along the contact points and edges.  The target stocks have some minor handling marks in the original finish, with some mild flattening of the checkering points and some flaking of the varnish at the top of the left panel within the relief cut.  The lock-up is still tight and the action functions flawlessly.  Three .45 full moon clips are included with the revolver.  This is a really nice big bore N-frame revolver, and is in fine-near excellent condition overall.  FFL
