This is an Inert 20mm T283E1 Drill Round from 20x102mm Vulcan. It is Approx length 6 1/2", Approx width 1 1/4" at base. The "E1" in the designation confirms it was part of a testing phase rather than a standard-issue round. Made by Lake City and marked experimental.
