Winchester 22 Short Green & Red Smokeless Ammo Sealed

This is a full and sealed box, 50 original rounds, of .22 Short smokeless ammunition manufactured by Winchester as part of the Green & Red Smokeless issues with date codes of “10-8” and “11-8”.  In near excellent condition the two piece green, red and black primary and yellow, black and red side seal labels are are fully intact with very good bright graphics with strong colors showing some handling, age soiling on the bottom and storage wear.  An near excellent box for the Winchester ammo collector or to pair with a vintage rifle or handgun display.  Identified as WRA-7 S-2(g) with the side “GREASELESS BULLETS” and end “TRADE MARK REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. AND THROUGH'OUT THE WORLD”  in Roger Huegel's online .22 Rim Fire Box ID Reference based on the original Dunn classification system.
