Winchester Model 1875 Improved Reloader 44 WCF Small Frame 2nd Variations
This is a Winchester Model 1875 Improved reloading tool, small frame, second variation made for the .44 W.C.F. with the dual sided notches for the Berdan pick. In very good functional condition the metal surfaces show the usual use marks and contusions with none of the original gold paint remaining. The caliber marking remains crisp with visible patent date markings “PAT OCT / 20 1874”. A scarce, early Winchester reloading tool in the iconic .44-40.
