Winchester Model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine 30 WCF Made in 1925

Serial #974804, .30 WCF (.30-30 Win), 20 inch round barrel with a near excellent bright bore, very strong rifling only showing a very fine frosting inside the grooves.  This is the Winchester model 1894 saddle ring carbine manufactured in 1925.  In very fine condition the barrel shows about 40-45% blue toning mostly to plum-brown and gray with the receiver nearly all gray.  The walnut stock and forearm are both solid showing numerous old contusions and scratches reflecting the many years of honest use and wear.  The original saddle-ring is present and the gun is outfitted with blade front and flip up elevator rear sights.  An honest 1920's vintage 94 SRC.  FFL or C&R
