Excellent Winchester Model 1894 Rifle Octagon Barrel 30 WCF Built 1915

Serial #799590, .30 WCF (.30-30), 26 inch octagon barrel with a bright, excellent bore.  This is the model 1894 rifle manufactured by Winchester in 1915.  The barrel and magazine tube retain about 95-98% of the original blue finish with some scattered light use marks and freckles.  The frame, lever and hammer are mostly a gray-brown with perhaps 20-25% original blue remaining.  The stock and forearm are solid showing numerous old contusions and marks under a thin varnish layer.  It is sighted with a fine ivory bead front and semi-buckhorn rear sights.  A beautiful and desirable old full rifle 1894.  FFL or C&R
