Seldom-Seen Winchester 50-95 Express Ammunition Full Box

This is a full box, 20 original rounds, of .50-90 Express black powder ammunition manufactured by Winchester with the early “Central Fire” call out on the top “7-6” date code on the side label.  The two piece box has intact top and mostly intact side labels showing a nice cartridge cut with the “W.R.A. Co. 50-90 W.C.F.” head stamp that appeared on the later boxes event though the cartridges correctly carry the “W.R.A. Co. 50-90 EX” stamp.  The buff box shows a few old  glue repairs inside the top and is solid and the bottom is worn and has some small loose pieces. It  has professional, paper tape repairs on the inside that is keeping it sold..  The labels and box show age soiling and some small staining.  The cartridges are in excellent condition with the correct “X” marked copper plug express inserts.  A scarce box in a hard to find and desirable Winchester .50 caliber ammunition.
