Smith & Wesson 32 W.C.F Hand Ejector Model of 1905 4th Change Revolver Variation

Serial #86364, .32-20 Winchester (.32 W.C.F.), 6 inch round pinned barrel with a very fine bore with strong rifling and slight roughness in the grooves about half way from the muzzle.  This is the Smith & Wesson Model of 1905 , 4th change 32-20 Hand Ejector manufactured between 1915-1940 with this example on the early end of that range.   Interestingly this does not have the S&W trade mark under the thumbpiece nor on the side plate perhaps making this a transition sub-variant.  The five screw, nickel plated revolver is in excellent condition retaining about 90-95% of the original nickel finish on the barrel, frame and cylinder with about a dime size patch of loss on the left barrel and along the high edges of the cylinder with some flaking on the frame and trigger guard.  The trigger and hammer show muted case-hardened color.  The checkered walnut, diamond escutcheon, S&W monogram grips are correctly numbered to the gun and remain in near excellent condition with some flattening of the points.  A very interesting non-fully marked Hand Ejector.  FFL or C&R
