Webley Mk. I Commercial Model .455 Automatic Pistol

Serial #138881, .455 Webley Auto, 5" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is one of less then 1,000 Birmingham-proofed commercial pistols manufactured, made in 1924, and retains 90-92% of the original blue finish with silvering at the muzzle and high edges. There is some fading to dull gray-brown on the left side of the slide just ahead of the serrations, and some small areas of mild freckling throughout. The hammer, trigger, extractor, and breech-stop are finished armory bright, and have some further mild freckling as well. The checkered Vulcanite grips are in fine shape, slightly faded to dark brown over time, but without any chips or cracks, and there is very little flattening of the points. The pistol comes with a single original magazine, and is an excellent example of a desirable Webely .455 Automatic. FFL or C&R
