Excellent Iver Johnson Company #283 Leather Flap Holster

This is an Iver Johnson Company, Boston, Mass #283 leather holster manufactured circa 1900-1930 that has been hand tooled with a basket weave motif on the main body of the holster. It is marked with "Iver Johnson Co. Boston Mass SP.G.Co" logo and "32/ 3 1/2". Also has the name “M. Green” on back. Designed to fit guns such as the Iver Johnson .32 caliber top-break pocket revolver with a 3"/ 3 1/2"barrel, Smith & Wesson Safety Hammerless with the same barrel and many more of that size pistol. A great looking holster that will display well with your gun. The holster is in very good+ condition with weathered leather that retains almost all of the original finish with sound stitching and pliable leather. A nice versatile holster with a long history.
