Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) Medals Souvenir Badges

This is a collection of Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) Medals, Souvenirs and Badges all in a glass fronted box 12" x 8 1/4". The collection consists of 1 GAR star belt and buckle in good condition with some verdigris on the hardware with light staining on the fabric. Left to Right, 1 GAR officers badge/medal in very good condition, early Type III made by A.DEMAREST in NY. 1 GAR Post Commander badge/medal in near excellence condition. 1 Souvenir badge from Washington 26th 1892, 44th Encampment NJ 1910, Freedom and Unity medal VT, 56th Iowa 1922, 49th Encampment 1915. 1 excellence condition felt covered tin canteen with stopper and cord. To round out the collection is a GAR hat badge, button and a Masonic medal, in very good condition. Excellent collection!
