WWI 455 Webley Sam Brown Holster 1916 6" Barrel

An excellent condition WWI dated brown leather holster for the Webley & Enfield MK VI, S&W & Colt .455" Caliber Service Revolvers. It has a full flap cover with single brass stud and has a retaining strap with eyelet stitched to the body. It has a large rear belt loop with original brass bar and hook for attachment to Sam Browne belt rigs. The front of the holster is impressed by the manufacturer ‘T.Thomasson & Co’ and date of manufacture 1916. The inside of the holster’s flap has no stamps. All leather and stitching are clean & intact.
