WWII Danish Model 1923 Inert Practice Grenade
This is a fine example of a Danish Army M1923 practice grenade dated 1942 with an original yellow painted body brass fuze part and knurled copper bottom cap. The practice grenades were built a bit thicker in the walls than a standard M23 so they could be reused many times. Problem with that is they had to go back to the factory for recharge. The mandrel stamps around the middle of this grenade tell us that this example has been reloaded 7 times. If you are looking for an excellent condition M23.
