Vintage Buck #124 Frontiersman 1968-69

This 1968-69 Buck #124 Frontiersman is the twin to the #122 Nemo. These knives are identical and differ only in the color of the spacer in the handle and the sheath that was sold with them. The never sharpened factory edge blade is built with 440C steel and has a phenolic handle with a stainless steel pommel and guard. This knife is in excellent condition with only the slightest signs of use and no signs of corrosion. The original vintage sheath is in near new uncarried condition. All the stitching is tight the black leather surface has almost no scratches or mars. The belt loop is marked with the correct 124. All the hardware is free of verdigris. This is a very limited run early production collector grade Buck Frontiersman knife.
