WWI Austrian Steyr Model 1901/05 Pistol Leather Clamshell Holster

This is an original WWI Austrian Steyr Mannlicher Model 1900/01 Pistol Leather Clamshell Holster. This holster was used with the Model 1901/05 Steyr Mannlicher Pistol. The holster is in Excellent Condition. There are a few scuffs in the leather. The leather is soft and supple with tight stitching. There are no tears, rips, holes or other damage. There are attachments for a shoulder strap on the rear. There are no manufacturer markings on the holster. This holster is missing from most Military Holster collections.
