WWII Czech Duo 6.35mm Pistol Mfg German Occupation 1943

Serial #71224, 6.36mm (.25 ACP), 2 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore.  This is the Czech “Duo” model pistol manufactured under German occupation in 1943.  Marked “AUTOMAT PISTOLE “DUO' CAL 6.35 / F. DUSEK, OPOTSCHNO” on the slide with Czech / German Lion with “N” proof and “43” date.  Made in limited quantities during the war with fewer than 45,000 made from 1939 to 1945.  In excellent condition this example retains much of the original finish with about 85-90% original blue thinning on the grips frame and high edges with some scattered freckles and other use marks.  The black hard rubber grips remain excellent.  It comes with one original magazine and one spare made by Triple K.  A very nice pistol that was a favorite back up pistol for German army officers and soldiers in the SS.  FFL or C&R
