German Model 1871/84 Bayonet With Leather Scabbard Dress

This is an excellent condition, German Model 1871/84, chrome plated Bayonet With Leather Scabbard produced in Germany by ‘W.K.C.’, ‘Weyersburg Kirchbaum & Cie. Solingen with the Knight’s Helmet logo on the ricasso. This was designed for the Mauser Model 1871/84 rifle with a muzzle-ring diameter of 17.4mm. The scales on the handle are in very good condition with slightly different colors. The only other mark found is on the press button which has a "N" stamped on it. The over all chrome is near excellent with light spots of fading. The excellent leather wrapped scabbard is unmarked and retains most of the chrome. This was made for dress or parade use.
