WWI M1914 Mounted Cartridge Belt 1918

This is an all original Mills manufactured, US government contract M1914 belt dated May 1918. This is and early production run with out the modification for the addition of the pouch for the 1911 magazines. It has the standard 10 ammunition pouches with the corrugated, reinforced bottoms. The buckles and pouches are clearly marked with the last patent date of May 18, 1915. This belt is in excellent condition with only some age soiling, no verdigris and fine hardware. This belt, was at some point part of V.F.W 357 in Schenectady NY, the identification is painted on the inside of the belt.
