Multi Colored Issues Peters 22 Long Ammo Cincinnati Full Box Semi-Smokeless
This is a full box, 50 original rounds, of .22 Long semi-smokeless, non-corrosive ammunition manufactured by Peters in Cincinnati, Ohio as part of the multi-color issues in the early 1920's. The two piece box is near excellent, solid with intact labels with excellent graphics and cartridge cut having some flaking on the label edges and slight edge wear. The cartridges are in excellent condition with slight age darkening. A great, colorful example of these sought after Peters boxes with the large āPā logo. Identified as PCC-5B L-1 in Roger Huegel's online .22 Rim Fire Box ID Reference based on the original Dunn classification system.
