USGI M4 M1 Carbine Bayonet with Scabbard

This is a US M4 bayonet, which was used with the M1 Carbine rifle. It is marked US M4, reveres side with DAS. The "TMN" marking refers to Turner Manufacturing Company, one of the manufacturers of this bayonet during the Korean War era. The Department of Defense Acceptance Stamp (commonly called the DAS) is found on the handle side of the guard. The sharpened blade retains most of the original finish with nice edges and tip. The guard, handle, pommel are in very good condition with only light signs of use. The US M8AI scabbard is in excellence used condition manufactured by Philadelphia Work Home with the steel tip.
