WW2 German P.08 Luger Pistol by Mauser ("42" Code)

Serial #9670y, 9mm Para., 4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore.  This is a 1939 dated pistol that has all-matching numbered components and retains 95-97% of the original blue finish, with some mild silvering at the muzzle, as well as along some of the raised edges, and on the bearing surfaces of the toggle and stock lug.  The checkered wooden grips are both numbered to the gun on the interior, with only minor wear and flattening of the points on either panel.  The aluminum base magazine is correct, but numbered to a different pistol.  This is a great looking WW2 Luger, in excellent overall condition, and would make a great addition to any collection.  FFL or C&R
