British Military Monocular by A. Kershaw & Son Broad Arrow Marked

This is a 6x monocular (basically 1/2 of the standard military binocular set) and has an intact leather wrap with large Broad Arrow inset, and traces of the original black finish remaining on the cleaned brass fittings. The front plate has a large Broad Arrow engraving, while the rear plate has the "A. KERSHAW & SON LTD. / LEEDS / No. N4033" maker marking, as well as what looks to be a previous owner's initials engraved in Gothic letters: "GC". The hard rubber eye cup is intact, and the optics are slightly clouded, but still rather clear and crisp. This is a neat piece of pre-WW2 British military optics, and is in very good-fine condition.
