Rare British Pattern 1907 MkI Hooked Quillon Bayonet and Scabbard

This is a British Pattern 1907 MkI Hooked Quillon Bayonet with Scabbard. The ricasso is marked 1907, 5/12, SANDERSON (Sanderson Bros. & Newbould Ltd.) and the reverse, X, Broad arrow marks and crown. The blade is in very good unsharpened condition, nearly unmarred edge and slightly rounded tip. The guard with hooked quillon shows signs of normal wear and light oxidation, slight angle to quillon. The handle has a deep rich patina with normal wear. Lastly ending in a functional rifle lug pommel with a crisp "4 DY over 1586" marking and no oil cleaning hole. Comes with an excellent condition correct scabbard with the throat marked 569, tight stitching some scattered oxidation.
