British Enfield Mk VI Revolver 1926 455 Webley

Serial #B2289, .455 Webley, 6 inch barrel with an excellent, bright bore.  This is a British military unit marked Enfield Mk VI service revolver built in 1926.  It remains in original configuration unit marked and military proofed, unmodified with the proper British de-accession stamps, in the original caliber with all matching numbers.  The metal surfaces retain much of the matte blue phosphate finish thinning on the cylinder and toning to plum-brown on the grips straps.  The checkered composite grips are solid and rate very fine-near excellent and the original lanyard loop is present.  The lock up is tight with the usual slight play in the cylinder.  An overall very fine-near excellent non-import marked Enfield.  FFL or C&R
