US Mills Model 1894 Mounted Cartridge Belt
This is a US Mills Model 1894 Mounted Cartridge Belt (Blue). The Spanish American War period belt has a single row of fifty cartridge loops. It was made to fit the .30 Army, (.30-40 Krag-Jorgensen) rounds. The belt shows light signs of age with no appreciable signs of wear, and has light storage dust, no verdigris and the brass has nice brass patina. The hardware is marked "PAT. MILLS & ORNDORFF" with patent dates to Sept 11, 1894. Just add your own buckle to complete the set.
