This is a half of an original US Property Thompson Submachine Gun receiver Caliber .45 M1A1 #543877 manufactured by Auto-Ordnance Corporation in Bridgeport Connecticut most likley in 1943. Has been torch cut and is the back half. There are a hundred and one uses for this including a paperweight for the desk that has everything.
